Who is responsible

Campus & Career is part of the HireOpz group. The legal entity responsible for your data, and its address, are [to verify]. For any privacy question, email contact@campusandcareer.org.

When you read the site

• No cookies. The site sets no cookies.
• No tracking scripts. Your browser loads no analytics, advertising or social media script from us or anyone else.
• Your theme choice stays with you. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser stores that choice on your device. It is never sent to us.
• Server logs. To deliver pages and to keep the site secure, our server and our network provider, Cloudflare, process technical data such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. How long these logs are kept: [to verify].
• Page statistics. We may count page views on the server, without cookies and without a script in your browser. Which data this uses and how long it is kept: [to verify before launch].

When you email us

We use your email address and your message only to reply to you. Email to contact@campusandcareer.org passes through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox. How long we keep messages: [to verify].

The contact form

• What it collects. Your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you. How the message reaches us and how long we keep it: [to verify].
• Spam protection. Our server limits how many messages one address can send in a short time. To do this, it processes your IP address. How long this record is kept: [to verify].
• Cloudflare Turnstile. A check from Cloudflare confirms that a person, not a bot, sends the form. It loads only on the contact page, and only after you start to fill in the form. Turnstile processes technical data about your browser and device for this check. Cloudflare’s own privacy terms apply to it.

Who else sees data

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Service providers that process data for us:

• Cloudflare, for the network that delivers the site, for email routing and for the Turnstile check on the contact form;
• our hosting provider, for the server that runs the site: [to verify].

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection law, such as the GDPR in the European Union and the United Kingdom, may give you the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to how we use it. To use a right, email us. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
